MDI Safety Shipping Policy

MDI Safety makes every effort to ship orders promptly. When possible, orders ship within 24–48 business hours after being placed.

If an item in your order is on backorder or experiences a delay, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Methods: At checkout, customers may select from available flat rate shipping options based on their delivery preference. With over 30 years of experience shipping products across the United States, we’ve found that a flat rate approach provides the most consistent and cost-effective solution for our customers. It may not be what everyone else does, but it’s what works best.

Flat rate pricing is applied per order to provide simple, predictable shipping costs.

Shipping options include:

Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days) – $10.00

Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days) – $15.00

UPS Ground (Alternative Carrier) – $15.00

Shipping Locations: At this time, MDI Safety ships only within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Delivery Timing: Estimated delivery times are based on the selected shipping method and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
