Returns & Exchanges Policy: MDI Safety
A division of Montgomery Distributors, Inc.

Returns:  MDI Safety accepts returns within 7 days of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment.

Before returning any product, you must contact sales@mdisafety.com to obtain an RMA number.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton
  • Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned freight collect

Refunds:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds:  If you have not received a refund:
  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank for processing status

Sale Items:  Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.  Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:  Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange:
  • Contact sales@mdisafety.com
  • Items must be returned with a valid RMA number
  • Exchanges are limited to the same item

Gifts:  If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit may be issued upon return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping:  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. MDI Safety is not responsible for items lost in transit.
