What if my order is tax exempt?
If you are a Tax Exempt entity in Virginia or other state, simply contact us and make arrangements to provide your tax exempt certificate and we will be happy to process your order without Sales Tax.
Can I pick my order up?
Sure!! We love to see our Customers and who doesn't like to save money on shipping. If you are planning on being in our neck of the woods. Place your order online, leave us a note in the "Note to Seller" box that you'd like to pick up your order and we will hold it until you arrive.
Why do some of your products show 2 different prices?
We wanted to give our customers the choice of buying some of our products in both single or volume quantities. When 2 prices are displayed, one of those prices is for a single item purchase and the other is for a discounted volume purchase. The ultimate price will be displayed once you select the volume of the product you'd like to order.
Do you offer special or competitive pricing?
If we need to adjust our prices to remain competitive - we will. If you need a price quote for a volume purchase - just ask. Our goal is to do whatever we need to do to get your business. We won't let price stand in the way of that objective.
How to become a MDI SAFETY VIP Member?
1. The first thing you have to do to become a MDI Safety VIP member is to register as a member. This is located on the top navigation bar. Then to click on the "Log In | Register" tab, and then proceed to fill out the "Register" form. After Registering you will automatically be listed as a "new member".
2. Then to become a MDI Safety VIP you must meet at least one of the two parameters.
---Place a single order equal to/or more than $250.
---Place any number of orders that equals/exceeds $450 within a 30 day period.
3. Once you have qualified to become a MDI Safety VIP member you will gain access to a VIP only page. This VIP page will have promotions and coupons only available to VIP's. You will also receive a MDI Safety VIP gift package; that will ship with your qualifying order or your very next order placed.
